“We were looking for something more substantial than a simple gazebo. We have had this for 18 months and sadly have been rather disappointed Pros. Large area of shade (until the sun moves!). Robust structure. Cons. Canopy not as easy to construct as had hoped and so would not remove it for the winter. Not easy to open and close the canopy when there are tables and chairs underneath. Not easy to “unlock” the canopy (with the pole supplied)when retracting. We have bought straps to hold the canopy closed as it was moving back and forward. Sadly we are disappointed with this and our thoughts have not improved over 18 months and so would not recommend.”

“This Item came with some slight damage to the box. Some encouragment is required during assembly as not all holes line up correctly. In fact on inspection there were some tooling marks leading me to believe that substandard tools (drills) had been used during manufacture. Also we were short 20 plastic screw caps. So if you are considering this model make sure you view and confirm the consignment list. I think the canopy assembly is unnecessarily complicated and could simplified. The structure once assembled seems sound, there doesn't seem to be any funny noises. I'm interested to know why there's a rope cleat fitted to one leg when there is no rope included? Also is there an option to fit a side blind for days when the sun is not so high.”

“After initial problems with delayed delivery i can say it was worth the wait. I would also like to say that i was very pleased with the customer care from garden house. They did all they could to make sure i was a satisfied customer, i am and would recomend them. My canopy looks lovely it makes a room in the garden all i need now is the weather to enjoy it, but thats in the hands of the gods”
