“Still waiting on a response from the team! Tried phoning only to be on hold for 45 mins and gave up! tried emailing still not replied! Panels not fully painted some parts not pinned correctly so not holding slat too as it should.”

“There aren't many 3' high panels generally available , they were needed to put on top of boundary all. The other panels available were the usual bow top trellis type which weren't really what we wanted. The Sorrento is very different in it's design and looks very smart. It's design means that there are a great number of small tacks/screws holding it together and only time will tell how robust it is , but for now we're very happy with the way it looks. The white 200 x 50 posts have been resin bolted and bracketed on to the wall.”
