“NB: The rating reflects the delivery service not the product. Very disappointed that having waited 4 weeks for delivery, which I can accept given the Covid pandemic, that the wrong size panels were delivered. If you can’t visually notice the difference between 4ft and 5ft, then how difficult is it to pull out a tape measure?!! Aren’t these panels stacked in size order and cleared marked, obviously not!! I had a man ready to install the panels who I had to tell was not needed and therefore lost a days pay. I’m sure I won’t be offered any compensation in this regard? Wonder if I will even receive a response?!!”
