“16 days ago I received garden swing. There is main part missing in the package so I am unable to assemble it. I emailed Garden street couple of times but I haven't received any acceptable solution only automatic responses. They don't take phone calls and advise to email them but there is no help from that. I've never met such a absolutely lack of customer service. If they can't do it properly they should stop trading.”
