“Got the bench quicker than expected. Construction was easy enough, all tools provided. Instructions could be clearer, that's not the retailers fault. Very solid but not too heavy. So very pleased with the purchase for my elderly mother who can get up and down from the seats confidently. Only slight gripe was the lack of further communication about the delivery. It was a surprise when it came. I'm used to some kind of notification. Fortunately, there was someone around to receive it.”

“A nice, solid, value for money bench. Pretty attractive modern styling. However, the absolute worst assembly instructions I have ever seen. Just terrible. Worried about its longevity though as there are multiple drilled holes that are redundant and not coated that are showing rust after just one rain shower. This is absolutely going to have to be taken in in the winter.”

“Glad I bought it, it wasn't hard to put together, I only made one mistake and put the side the wrong way round - make sure the holes match up - I ended up with one seat further forward than the other, but I only had to undo 2 bolts to put it right - entirely my own fault! Now, if I can put it together, anyone can because I am old and weak and feeble, had to do it exactly where I wanted it as I would never have been able to move it once it was assembled. All in all, I love it.”

“Order was cancelled and refunded because we live on the Isle of Wight (not outer Mongolia) Wouldn't deliver even though all major retailers deliver and DPD, UPS, Yodel have a depot on Island. Disappointing, but would still like the seat if anyone will deliver.”
