“Sadly the downpipe connector kit as advertised was not included in the package so had to be requested to follow. Also the two wall mounting brackets were not a matching pair and a substitute had to be sent. Once I had all the right kit I mounted it on a suitable wall (good DIY skills are needed) and it all looks splendid. All I need now is rain...”

“The hole to fit the drain from the down pipe was missing so we had to cut it ourselves and once fitted both the side bungs and between the tap and the body whwre we chose to fit it at the front are leaking. Rather than take it all down and return it we'll invest in some PTFE tape.”
