“Terrible! 1- Placed order supply and fit any paid in full: first mistake! 2- Signed for on delivery: second mistake: What I got was not is not what I ordered but because I signed for the delivery there was a none return. Some advise don't trust what is being delivered so sign as unchecked. 3- The fitter noticed I had the wrong handed item and refused to build it, but was sent back the following day and built the item and left it in a totally different area from where I wanted it. 4- when I complained I was told by the seller and the fitter there was nothing else they could do so I'm now stuck with a summer house/shed that I didn't order and where I didn't want it: Mistake to purchase a item from this seller who's customer service is rated zero by myself because they made no effort to put right anything and just try to past blame on the customer:”

“The summerhouse/shed arrived as expected. I asked initially for assembly but this was not available in my area. Shame. Instructions not as easy to follow as I would have liked. Definitely need some skill to put it together and several pairs of hands. Not all bits came with the shed. We needed to buy some extra bits of wood to ensure that it is watertight. Have painted it a lovely shade of green and am pleased with how it looks in my garden. We bought it for some extra accommodation in emergencies and it has already been slept in twice - both people said it was very comfortable and they had a good night's sleep. Most important thing is to ensure that the ground is level. Our doors were square but they seem to be slightly out now and are slightly sticking. Am hoping it will provide some shelter in the cooler weather for me to spend time with my grandson.”
