“After reading some reviews we were a bit apprehensive about ordering it. It arrived on time & although we had some damage on a couple of pieces this was soon rectified. Our carpenter was able to repair the damage rather than wait for replacements & it helped getting a little compensation as well. Although not the best of spec we did our best to make it stronger by reinforcing the flooring & putting bitumen on the underneath with some pads to keep it off the ground. It looks great now it’s painted in greys. Very pleased with it.”

“Poor quality materials used, poorly constructed panels with lots of damage on delivery. Small discount offered on complaint. Would not recommend.”

“Thanks for your email asking me to write a review on the Mercia corner summer house.i would very much like to do so,but as I have not received it I find it very difficult to do so!. In future it would be better for you to ask customers who have received their product first!?.”

“Very disappointing, daylight showing round summerhouse doors , no weatherboard to stop rain going in. She’d door after 3 days would not close properly, have contacted Mercia and hopefully they are dealing with it and making it good . I don’t think I would recommend them”

“Attention to detail poor, nails sticking out and instructions vague. No mention of how to install the doors/had to go online to watch a video. Luckily I did this first as would have been a nightmare to install if I had gone by the instructions supplied”

“We did have a few issues with a damaged part and missing pad bolt, this was not the fault of Garden Street. They tried to be as helpful as possible, it was mercia the supplier of the shed messed us about. Once the issued where resolved we did end up with a shed we are very pleased with, so shame about the issues, otherwise this would have been very good.”
