“Pleased with the planters but one snag was the delivery . I was told that the delivery company would get in touch to let me know and agree a delivery date in 2 to 4 weeks time. Within one week they rung to say they were in Haverhill and could I give directions to my address. I was away from home as I was not expecting delivery so soon. I then came home so they could deliver. Can you please agree with them a policy for delivery and both stick to it. Thanks”

“Very disappointed. Ordered 2 of these 5 weeks ago but have not received. Were supposed to have been delivered between 2/4 weeks. No notification/email from supplier as to why there is a delay and when they will be arriving. Have emailed them twice but no reply. Called their customer service number but no answer either.”
