“I cannot believe that you are asking me to do another review of your customer service when I still do not have any idea when my shed will be delivered despite being told last week that I would definitely be given a delivery date by the end of last week! Quite simply the worst ever internet transaction that I have ever done and the worst company to deal with ever. How you can claim that an item is in stock and then not be able to supply any information about the delivery is most likely breaking the trade descriptions act!
