“The package arrived in good condition. The instructions were not very clear and some of the detail could have been shown more close up than it was - why stint of a couple of extra pages of instructions on a product costing over £300. Nevertheless, building the Gazebo was not too difficult after a bit of trial & error. I built it on my own & it took about 4 hours. This included securing it to the patio with bolts which in all honesty should have been included. As regards quality of manufacture, the major issue faced was that the holes through the round bars that held the 2 magnets had not been drilled at the same angle so, without modification, only one maget lined up with the metal plate and the other was at 45 degrees. I therefore had to drill another hole so that both magnets engaged properly. Overall though we are very pleased with it. It looks good and the facility to either have the canopy open or closed is very useful.”

“At first the gazebo did not arrive so they said they were sending another one but I think there was an error and the first one was never despatched. So apart from a delay in receiving, we are very pleased with the actual product. Only thing I would say is that the actual posts are not 3m apart, they are actually 2.7m apart. I think they take it as a max measurement and 3m is the size of the top struts. If I had known this before I would have propably ordered the larger 4m x 3m as it would have fit on our patio.”
