“Despite at time of order being told 7-14 day delivery, it took nearly 6 weeks to arrive. Build quality poor, i.e. staples and nails missing targets. Guarantee only valid if you finish timber treatment yourself before assembly. Numerous split panels. Customer services at Shires do not answer the Phone. Delivery driver very pleasant . A lot of money for very little.”

“Ordered 26 May with an expected 3 to 5 day delivery, but to be told it will delivered on the 13 June. Booked the day off, and did not arrive until the 14”
