“Unfortunately, Garden Street accepted my order having verified the product was in stock for delivery. Paid as requested on the online ordering process; was told someone would be in touch to arrange delivery. Waited two weeks to receive an emil stating the product was no longer in stock and no deliveries were expected again., and they would return my payment within seven days. This review isn't really about the product but the poor customer relations and commercial trust-worthiness of Garden Street. It is these type of practices that degrades the reputation of on-line trading. I will not be using them again!”

“I was a bit disappointed in the gazebo I purchased from garden street. First off the delivery was a nightmare as they split the order in half and delivered on different days than they said they would. This caused me to lose holiday days off work. The next thing is the product it had lots of holes in the 4 corner posts, and some of the roof bars, and once assembled I found that it leaked a lot, obviously I had to take it apart again and seal it with some sealant, which this is not specified in the instructions. I contacted garden street about this they responded and asked me what part were faulty, I sent them this info and I have not heard a single blib from them in months. Obviously once they have there money from you they don't care about the aftercare service.”
