“Was Hoping this would arrive already assembled. No holes lining up to ensure assembled correctly. Took too long. Had To make adaptions to get it matching on both sides and the back. Quite disappointing overall.”

“Not very happy with it. There was one nut missing and several of the predrilled holes were out of alignment, including one by 25mm and one by 40mm. Instructions not very clear either.”

“I am disappointed with this set, and I'm unable to assemble yet as waiting for parts to replace broken, and damaged pieces. There are too many of one screw and not enough of another, and the wood is splitting in some places where the pieces have been ready assembled. Other pieces of wood have splits in them and I'm not sure how robust this set will be The set is not sufficiently protected when it's packaged. I'm sure if the quality control was better this set would be better rated.”

“The chair had two broken pieces, and the screws holding it together were rusty. The wood was cracked and split in several places. It clearly hadn’t been stored well. The leg holes weren’t correctly aligned, so the arm supports don’t fit properly. We didn’t get the correct screws. We still put it together, replacing the damaged parts and missing screws ourselves, but we were very disappointed with the product and won’t be using Garden Street or buying Rowlinson again”

“Excellent, I think the ad said that there was "a little" amount of assembly required, well, there was quite a lot, although all but one piece of assembly do-able by one person. The wood seems well protected and importantly the measurements given appear correct.”

“Looks good, and seats are comfortable even without cushions. Not very well made though, lots of gaps in joints and one of the pre-assembled arms came apart as I was putting it all together. Quality control needs to be much better...”
