Hi, I am very sorry to see this. The catalogue was posted on 16th November with Royal mail on an Untracked service. If you still haven't received this, please email us at sales@gardening-naturally.com and we would be happy to issue a replacement to be sent on a Tracked 24 service with Royal mail. “I ordered the catalogue because I wanted to make a fruit cage of a non-standard height. What's great about the catalogue is it gives you all the products and information you need to create a cage of whatever size you want.”
