“Very clear instructions and easy to apply. I bought these after finding a vine weevil grub infestation over winter and losing a few plants to them. I was regularly pulling grubs out of pots, so I decided to use these as a preventative treatment around my perennials, strawberries, and overwintered vegetables. I also treated all of my pots and even added some to used compost that will be reused, to try and reduce the chance of the infestation returning. As they were applied preventatively, it’s difficult to say with certainty how effective they’ve been so far. However, I haven’t noticed any signs of fresh adult vine weevil damage since applying them, so fingers crossed they’ve done their job. If they continue to work long term, I think they’re very good value for money considering how much damage vine weevils can cause. I plan to reapply them at the end of summer and will update my review then with a more informed long-term opinion.”

“I use these once a year in early May in my containers and pots. One small pack makes 3 cans of liquid that treats at least 30 large pots and a small raised bed of lettuce etc. I used to have a vine weevil problem but not anymore!”

“As a gardener who avoids the use of chemical treatments I've used these vine weevil nematodes for a number of years and found them to be effective in the control of the weevil grubs which cause so much damage to plants.”
