I'm sorry to hear this. When choosing the by per meter option it is cut from a roll and we do try to keep this as neat as possible. If you could send some images across to us we will be happy to send you a replacement

“This is a superb product , though our resident magpies would disagree as this has cut off their raids on our strawberries! The fact you don't need to build any elaborate support system but just let your plants grow within the mash make it both flexible and ideal for many uses”
