I have controlled tortrix with your traps for several years. Last year I din't bother and had trouble with the caterpillars once again. The problem is they are difficult to control with a pesticide because the make a web which they hide within. The little devils eat out the growing points of my exhibition chrysanthemums and carnations. Not only are the pheromone traps better for the environment but they also work better than pesticide and also save a lot of time. This comes from someone with 42 years experience as a professional gardener.
