“The composter is very robust when assembled. The difficulty was in the assembly as it wasn't clear to me that the base sides with the wheels are designed for left and right. at first I struggled to push them in on the wrong sides. I've yet to see how effective it is at composting; am enjoying turning it around in anticipation. i am using compost that is already partially decomposed from the compost heap.”

“This is a lovely dinky little composter, very light and easy to roll about. Probably a lot heavier when full of compost but then I can just roll it to where I need it. It also looks nice sitting on its base, much neater and tidier than a compost heap. When you only have a very small garden, a compost heap isn't really an option, but this is perfect. It was a little tricky for me to get all the screws in place and nuts tightened properly, but once together, this works really well. The lid can be difficult to open/close properly, but gets easier to work as you get used to it. Even standing near the back door there hasn't been any unpleasant odour so far, and the only flies are those that escape when you open the lid. It's really easy to turn the compost over, just a push or two and it rotates on the base. When I can afford it I'll get another so I can have one batch of compost maturing while I fill the drum for a second batch. Maybe even two more. It really is worth the money to be able to compost veg scraps and plant trimmings without the mess, space and hassle of stirring an open heap.”
