this Darlac Swop Top pruner is designed to be used in conjunction with either of the Swop Top poles. Designed with quad pulleys and a geared mechanism, greatly reducing the effort required to operate this pruner.
Maximum cut capacity is 38mm - Ideal for cutting hard wood at maximum height reduce this capacity and use saw attachment.
Geared arm supplies immense cutting power to blade.

“This pruner head works very well - allows me to prune an awkward apple tree without using a ladder. I don't think it would stand up to business use, but as a 'once or twice a year' tool it works very well.”
