“Advertised on website as pet safe however packaging advises not to spill around pets! After much stressfull email contact with Gardening Naturally I eventually obtained a pre paid return label. Product should not be marketed as pet safe unless this is 100% true! Staff went to great lengths to try to stop me making a free return! Service not great.”

Hi, I am very sorry to see this. This product is safe for use around pets and children, there are warning labels on the product to advise that the product is used as instructed, however if the animal would ingest a large quantity, it would unlikley cause any harm, however by law we must state that this could cause issues. Unfortunately we would only offer a pre-paid returns label if a product is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered. I can see that we have issued a pre-paid label for this to be returned to us as a gesture of goodwill, once the product is returned, we can process the return. It can take up to 10n working days for this to be processed once it arrives back with us. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Kind regards Gardening Naturally

“This stuff really works. We tried nematodes first but no success. Found some Sluggo which was purchased years ago and tried that this summer. It is amazing! Have ordered plenty ready for 2025.”

“This is my second order of Sluggo. At first use I didn't think they were working but gradually I found that the slug and snail damaged lessened. I have reorded to be ready for an earlier start next Spring”

“We use this to keep pets and wildlife safe. It’s one way to protect our plants more safely. It is expensive and fairly effective, but if you want to protect hedgehogs etc it is worth it.”
