“I gave this only 3 stars because although the butterfly netting is perfect for the job, you need to be alert to the fact that a 3m wide net may be only 2.9 m wide (or less) due to a loss of width when combining several 1-metre widths togther. (The join incorporates 5cm from each 1m wide strip.) So be careful - Don't, like me, be too mean when calculating your order. The staff were very friendly and sympathetic when I pointed out the mean-ness of the netting width. But no recompense/refund was offered.”

“The netting is of good quality however the width was 20 centimetres shorter than it should have been, luckily I had allowed extra for width and length.”

“Probably a bit early to say as it’s only been on the brassica bed for a week or so, but I’ve had this kind of netting before from Gardening Naturally and it’s pretty tough and has endured a couple of Yorkshire winters already.”
