“I don't know yet how effective the product will be, but I was disappointed to receive the pack only 4 days before the expiry date. I kept it in the fridge for the 24 hours before I was able to apply it, but I presume it must have been at room temperature in the post for several days by then and I dont know what adverse effect that would have had.”

“First time I’ve used them, still a bit early for mass slug infestation yet, so fingers crossed this works. Last year was overrun with slimy little blighters. Ask me again in 5-6 weeks time!!”

“Although the product was very successful last year I am unlikely to use this supplier again. I tried to order 3 single orders to be delivered 6 weeks apart but 3 lots were delivered together. The company refused to accept the excess items as the use by date was too short. The advisor I spoke to told me their system often bulked orders together which appears to be why i is got 3 packs. The result is that I am out of pocket by another £30! Very poor customer service!”

Hi, I am very sorry to see this. Our website allows you to order for various nematode dates, however from the order on the system, it appears that there was only 1 date selected for a quantity of 3 nematodes, our system won't merge these unless only one date is selected in checkout. Unfortunately, due to the short date on the nematodes we are unable to accept a return on these if the expiry date has less than 10 days as these would no longer be in a resaleable condition.
