Nemaslug slug nematodes, stop slugs destroying your plants in your garden. Once the nematodes are applied the slugs stop feeding after a few days and die in a week. For total control apply every 6 weeks. Start your slug control early and apply at least a week before planting to ensure your garden is safe from slugs.
Slug nematodes are microscopic, transparent worms, which feed and multiply inside the slug. Easy to apply and completely safe to use around children, pets and wildlife, making it the perfect solution for organic gardening.
The nematodes come complete with instructions and can be applied using a watering can or nematode applicator. You just apply to moist soil when the soil temperature is above 5ºC (41ºF) and ensure the soil does not dry out for at least two weeks after applying nematodes. Nematodes are capable of surviving the odd frost; so don't worry if the temperature falls after you have applied the nematodes.
One packet treats 100sq.m. A smaller pack is also available.
Please note these are a live product and have an expiry date usually about 2 weeks - this product is non-returnable. Use the whole pack before the expiry date. Best applied: Feb/March - October
Now in smaller packaging due to higher concentrate.
Delivery is completely free when JUST ordering nematodes.

I've been using Nemaslug for over five years now........I order 4 separate deliveries every year and use them within a week of them being delivered. I've definitely seen a reduction in slug activity since I've been using Nemaslug even though the ground is particularly wet and slug friendly! It's safe for other wildlife and safe for my cats and dogs too.

Use these every year and I’m sure it’s pretty effective. We do get occasional slug damage, but with no other slug control, and a huge allotment space I think a little occasional damage expected. Before I used nematodes we would see almost all seedlings all eaten very early and was very disheartening. Very happy with the slug control this provides at the allotment, in the garden however it doesn’t seem quite as effective, but still worth doing. Might try multiple applications next time, as usually only use once in spring. Might improve the garden slug situation with further applications.

Nemaslugs are effective against slugs though we still use other slugs deterents as well, "belt and braces" as we have so many!

I have used nematodes for the last 3 or 4 years. I had serious slug problems before this, but since using nematodes, the situation has improved beyond belief. I very rarely see slugs in the garden now. I also only use them once in the spring and sometimes mid to late summer if I see any signs of slug damage, which is now rare.

Have used this before, and will do so again, definitely keeps slugs under control. Clear instructions and easily applied, we use a watering can with a rose with enlarged holes. Works just as well if not better than the Miracle Grow hose fitting they suggest.
