“Ordered from Gardening naturally last year, delivery was as stated and like the option of pre ordering for nemaslug. Just turns up when the garden needs another dose. Instructions are good and my delphiniums flowered twice last year, they usually get eaten! Must admit still had a small problem with snails on my hostas but greatly improved.”

“I use this regularly and notice a huge improvement in damage reduction to my plants - they are no longer munched, especially my hosta which is my pride and joy. The product is intended for slugs and not as effective on snails but it halves the work only having to pick the snails off my hosta at twilight! Also excellent for my veg crops - lettuce, cabbages, sprouts and the like.”

“We use nematodes once or twice a year, hoping they will help control the slugs, though nothing really seems to stop them. Applying nematodes every six weeks might give better results, but it's a lot of work and a lot of money. We might try using fresh bread dough as slug bait, as recommended in New Scientist magazine. Meanwhile here is a tip: put your concentrated mix straight into one-litre bottles. Shake, pour half a bottle into a watering can, top up, and apply. Repeat until finished. It's quicker and less messy than stirring and measuring each time you refill the watering can.”
