Hi, I am sorry to hear that you have not received the results we would hope for with this product. The amount required to apply would depend on the size of the pond and litres of water within. The clearing usually happens within 48 hours, however this may be slightly slower if the pond is slightly more green and is larger. We would not recommend to add anymore to the area than the instructions advise. Kind regards Gardening Naturally
