Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We do provide the clips with most our hoop kits however we don't for fleece and polythene. The reason for this is the hoop clips can easily damage the polythene or fleece so this is why we provide crop cover clips and pegs instead. Hope this makes sense but do let us know if you have any queries. Kind regards
