“Despite having a bad infestation of Vine Weevils affecting several shrubs , I’ve not seen any caught in the trap, stuck to the gel etc. That might not be a fault if the trap though.”

Hi, I am very sorry to see this. The nematop trap is suitable for use with treatment against adult vine weevil, if there is a a lot present, it might be worth appying nematodes as well to treat the area against the grub of the pest as well as the adult. Hi, If the pest area is severe, you may need a few treatments, the nematop trap will only treat the adult vine weevil and not the larvae, so it is advisable to treat with nematodes as well to really target the area. “No firm evidence but the number of plants with vine weevil notches around the leaves seems less after using one of these last year.”
