Hi, I am very sorry to see that you are unhappy with this. We dispatched this order on 24.08.25, from the tracking this is showing as delivered on 27.08.25. The 25th August was a bank holiday so it is very likely that this was held a day in transit due to reduced working hours relating to the bank holiday, it is not uncommon for deliveries to be delayed slightly when ordering over bank holiday weekend. We advise that nematodes are fine in transit for up to 4 days, so these should have been okay to use on delivery. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Kind regards Gardening Naturally

“Was gradually over the past 5 years plaqued with hundreds of leather jackets and chafer grubs..killed my entire lawn.. redone the whole lawn from dep scarifying levelling fertiliser etc decided to double dose with nematodes.. after 4 weeks I reseeded as I couldn't find a single grub. The seeds have taken well.. the level lawn looks great.. another dose of nematodes in October.. and spring... fingers crossed.. but I am impressed so far.”

“I am waiting to see how effective the nematodes will be. It has been poor conditions … too hot and dry. If there are no/fewer daddy long legs next month the little nematodes will have worked wonders!”
