The 16mm join seems fine but the 13mm join is only a loose fit so the connectors do not hold the tubes at all. Nightmare to try to construct a cage when the connectors constantly slip away. Pretty much a waste of money and not fit for purpose.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear this. The joiners should all be a tight fit. Can you please e-mail us at sales@gardening-naturally.com with an image of the issue for us to review and assist. Sorry for any inconvenience. Kind regards

I found these quite hard work. Some of the inserts were easier to get in than others. Tapping didn't work but twisting the tubes did. I am wondering how I will get on dismantling the cage for winter. On the plus side, I doubt it will come apart in use.

Hi, I am sorry to hear that the corner joiners were hard work. There can be minor variations in tube and connector sizes that could result in some joiners being a bit more difficult to insert than others. We suggest to tap the connectors in with a mallet.; this will give you a strong connection. During winter we often suggest that customers remove the roof netting from cages so that potential snow build up doesn't cause the cage to bow. This is so that customers don't have to take the whole cage down and have to reassemble it at the start of the next season. Kind regards,
