“Should have bought this months ago for the cucumber seeds when only one came up. I'm using it now for my sourdough culture and when I do my next bake it'll be great for proofing. Meanwhile next year it will come into its own as I get plants going early. I made a box to contain it to maximise the heat which eventually I'll line with insulation. But already my sourdough starter is looking really lively. Good value I think and more flexible than an electric propagator. The box is big enough for my propagator, but I might fashion a perspex lid.”
