“I am ordering these again to replace a pair that are now worn through on the fingertips after a year - this is a lot longer than most gloves last for me! The leather is very soft and even quite fiddly jobs can be carried out while wearing these gloves. The sleeve part gives good protection to the forearms - this is important for me as a skin condition makes it important to avoid scratches and these gloves avoid any gap between gloves and sleeves. However they are not fully thorn-proof and I swap to a pair of tough rigger gloves instead for prickly pruning jobs.”

“The cuff is a snug fit..my arms are fine for fir but my mum who has bigger lower arms could not get them on. I bought to replace Julie Dodsworth gloves , sadly discontinued, , these gloves are not as good as my old ones. You can use them to clear brambles but you can feel a little of the thorns with the old gloves you could not! Ideal for most garden tasks though..as long as you have slim forearms!”
