“Very good at attracting Codling Moth, but not 100%, so you will need to accept some fruit damage, spray your apples, or use Tree Bgs, Sleeves or Grape Bags to protect the fruit if you want your apples totally pest free. I find you need to put the traps out immediately after flowering, which is when I trap the first moths, rather than from May.”

“Prior to using the original Codling Moth Trap pack 2 years ago over half of my apple crop were spoilt by the maggots. After hanging the trap last year I don't thing any were hence I have ordered and deployed the refill. Only gave 4 not 5 stars as waiting to see what the results are this year.”

“I've had these before and they have made a difference when processing the apple harvest in autumn. My only disappointment is that these came bundled together in plastic when last time they were in a paper bag.”

“The only product I have ever found that really does what it says on the packet . Before I found this item my apple crop was plagued with bore holes which absolutely ruined the fruit, could not use the apples at all. In the years since I have used the product I have had no problems - just a great crop which I share with family and friends.”
