Hi, Thanks for your feedback regarding this product. We are always happy to hear whether a product is suitable or if there is anything we can do to improve our service. We can see the barley straw bag was purchased just 7 days ago. As it works naturally, it typically takes several weeks to begin breaking down and releasing the compounds that help inhibit algae growth, so it's still very early in the process. Please let us know if you have any other questions at all. Kind regards Gardening Naturally

“Although the bag hasn't been in the pond long I can now see the outline of a rock I couldn't see before. Delivery was very quick and thank you for the brochure I'm sure that I will be doing business with you again in the future.”
