“The tent I brought was poor quality, we used it once and it ripped within seconds. It’s now in the bin”

Dear Rebecca, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am genuinely so sorry to read that your tent ripped during its first use and that you were disappointed with the overall quality. I have checked our records and was very concerned to see that we had not received any communication from you regarding this fault prior to this review. Had you reached out to our customer service team when the damage occurred, we would have immediately stepped in to assist you. We are always here to help and could have easily arranged a replacement or a full refund for a faulty item. It is a real shame to hear that you felt the only option was to throw the tent straight in the bin. Because the item has already been disposed of, our standard return and inspection procedures are unfortunately compromised. However, we would still very much like to speak with you to understand exactly what went wrong and see if there is any way we can still assist you. Please do get in touch with our customer service team directly with your order details so we can look into this further for you. Warm regards, The Garden Chis Team
