“Grey Plastic shed 5 x 3 - Just threw away £180 literally straight into the bin. Absolute rubbish, cheap bendy plastic, doesnt fit together very well and first bit of rain and wind it leaked and sides started coming apart. Ended up having to take apart and place in bin. DO NOT PURCHASE”

Dear Alison, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am genuinely so sorry to read about your experience with the grey plastic shed and that it failed to withstand the weather. I have checked our records and was very concerned to see that we had not received any contact from you regarding these faults prior to this review. Had you reached out to our customer service team when you first experienced difficulties with the panels fitting together or noticed the leaking, we would have immediately stepped in to assist you. We are always here to help and could have easily arranged a collection, a replacement, or a full refund for a faulty item. It is incredibly disappointing to hear that you felt the only option was to throw the shed away. Because the item has already been disposed of, our standard return and refund procedures are unfortunately compromised. However, we would still very much like to speak with you to understand exactly what went wrong and see how we might still be able to help resolve this. Please do get in touch with our customer service team directly with your order details so we can look into this further for you. Warm regards, The Garden Chic Team
