“I bought the Hidcote Lattice (3off) from you on the 25th April and am still awaiting delivery (9th June). I received a text to say they would be delivered on 26th May. I stayed at home all that day but nothing appeared. As there was no explation regarding non delivery On enquiry I was told it was not even part of the delivery for that day. I then received a message from Forest Garden to tell me that the Lattice would be sent to the courier today (9th June) A DREADFULL PERFORMANCE BY ALL CONCERNED. Would you expect me to buy any products from you in future?”

Dear Edward, We are very sorry that there was complications with your order. It was for an item that was being despatched directly from the manufacturer and they had delivery issues, then ran out of stock. We agree that uou were let down by all concerned and unreservedly apologise. Measures are now in place to negate the chances of anything similar happening in the future. Best Regards Garden Chic
