“Ordered these did not look like the photo Wanted to return them as thdy did not look like photo on the website and was told I'd have to pay a delivery charge and a restocking fee which would be £90 so I'm stuck with panels I don't want not happy customer service's were no help whatsoever very disappointed in this company.”

Dear Richard, All items purchased from us can be returned within 14 days from purchase, without issue. Over the years, we have sold many of the item you purchased and no one previously has been unhappy that the product did not resemble the photos on our site. Where return requests are based around a customers change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This is the case with the majority of online retailers. Your order contained some large bulky items that were supplied directly by the manufacturer (decking fence panels) and as such can only be shipped by selected couriers (as most wont carry items that large), at costings provided by them. Its a shame you are dissapinted inour service, howver we remain happy to help the return if you would like us to organise it for you. Kind Regards GardenChic
