“I love the look of the arbour. I arranged my life to be at home on the days it was predicted to arrive at the time of booking. It arrived early one morning before predicted, without any communication to warn me of delivery. Fortunately I was at home. There were scratches in the powder coating when it arrived and after only a couple of weeks it's got rust marks. Because I wouldn't have been able to be at home for a replacement to be delivered i decided not to complain. Nice design, shame about communication re delivery and quality”
