“I only rated this as acceptable as it arrived with a dent on the edge. My husband signed for it on delivery and noted the damage. I followed up with an email and photo, but received no reply. A wheelbarrow is a wheelbarrow - with use it is going to get the odd dent. We accepted the wheelbarrow with the damage, but I was disappointed not to receive a brief apology.”
