“I am really disappointed with these shoes. When I wore them for the first time they stained my white socks in black. But even more disappointing was Gabor answer. The representative said "The wearer has to accept that a certain amount of dye will come out of the shoes." I have never had a pair of shoes (Gabor or other brands) which dyed my socks. Never in my life. That's a flimsy excuse. If the wearer has to accept it, they should warn about it so I could have decided if I accepted the stains or not.”

“For many years I have been buying these shoes to wear with trousers and, until now, I have never had a problem. When I wore them for the first time last week was totally different. I thought I was imagining it but, sadly not. It's almost as if someone has lost the pattern template. Both shoes are labelled 5.5 underneath, but the fit is wrong. My toes are swimming in both, especially the left, which is huge. Now I have relegated the shoes to the back of the wardrobe. Time to look for a replacement. What a shame!”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you feel that these shoes are different sizing to those previously bought. If you would like to return them to us for inspection, we would be happy to take a look at this for you and call with our findings. Please call us on 0345 241 7742 so that we may discuss this with you. Alternatively, we find that sometimes adding an insole to a shoe can reduce the area and make for a better fit. It also keeps the shoe fresher as you can replace the insole at intervals. We do hope that you will contact us, we would welcome the opportunity to look into this for you.
