“I had to return the pumps as they were too small. This was over a week ago and I tracked them they have been received by you. No refund or acknowledgment from you of intent so not too impressed as yet. On the good side the shoes were lovely.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to see that your refund was not made and investigated this. We had a return of the shoe a few days ago, but there was no paperwork in the package so we did not know who it was from. We sell a lot of this brand and style so we had to wait until someone got in touch to let us know they were waiting for a refund.
