“I tried this product in an independent retail store and found the chair to be extremely comfortable. It is well made and gives me the lower back support that I need. To be able to adjust the back rest and foot rest independently is something that not all similar chairs have. This one does and it works smoothly and efficiently. To sum up, I am delighted with this chair. I love it.”
