“I waited such a long time for this and had researched as thoroughly as possible prior to ordering and I expected a chair. When I opened the box many pieces fell out. It wasn't just a matter of adding feet and a backrest even, the chair had to be completely built. As it has electric parts, I especially did not expect this. It was quite difficult to repack but I did and collection and refund went smoothly so I appreciate that.”
