“Intuitive website allowed me to specify everything I wanted my bed to be. Was sent an email 10 days before delivery to let me know that my bed was ready, which gave me plenty of time to prepare. Then on delivery day, was given a time estimate for delivery. Two engineers arrived and installed the bed very quickly, they were polite and careful with my property. I needed to rotate the storage mechanism afterwards and was able to do it myself fairly easily, but Furl also offered to come and do this for me which was nice. First night using the bed was perfect, best night sleep I've had in a long time. Thank you Furl!”

“My Max bed was quickly installed by friendly courteous staff. It high quality, looks great and the storage is cavernous - with a small flat and lots to store, it’s perfect for my needs. Highly recommended!”

“Paid extra for the max storage bed, and is worth every penny! I have emptied the contents of cupboard into my storage bed and still have space left!!! Comfortable to sleep on, beautifully well made and put together. The guys who delivered and installed the bed were excellent, they removed their shoes before entering the flat, very professional, polite, chatty and we’re very happy for me to watch them put the bed together. Paul, Head of Delivery very kindly kept me up to date with the delivery, so well impressed with him too.”
