“Asthetically brillant but the products - I feel - are let down by quirks in performance. The kettle is generally good but it is acoustically noisy compared with some alternatives. The toaster can handle 4 slices of toast with ease but have found variations in browning left and right side of each slot. Also when toasting crumpets they fail to eject as well as the toast so you end up struggling to get them out of the slots. If you try to return the crumpets to the toaster immediately after the mechanism stops you pushing the levers down fully - this maybe a safety device to stop them burning but I'm not sure. Used left side slots (facing head on) for the crumpets.”

“I love these they are really fun in design and look superb. The toaster is sort of plump and the kettle very debonair looking with its silver arrow style on off switch, very fast kettle. The toaster works superbly large slices of bread or buns are no problem. Loving having an out of the ordinary duo”

“I was looking for a new toaster and kettle as we only had a 2 slice and both were looking really tired. I chose the bundle deal of kettle and toaster in white and so far I'm not disappointed. They both look really modern and certainly live up to the FUNKY name. The toaster is quite big but does what it says on the tin. The only little thing is that some of the buttons/furniture on both is not chrome but plastic... it's just me but certainly doesn't take anything away from the look of both. Would definitely recommend and I'm now awaiting the arrival of the air fryer... so if you need a tester, I'm your Gal”
