“I have been having problems with the lid flipping open whilst the kettle is boiling. I have sent two emails to customer service about this issue (first sent in March) to which I have had no reply. Not great customer service! Maybe they will get in touch with me now please?”

“Not really impressed with my kettle the lid doesn't pop up when you press button & it's got a bit of paint coming off near the pourer. Was waiting to what kettle was like then was going to get toaster but have decided not now because of what's happened with my kettle.”

“This kettle pours nicely and I like the lid opening, unfortunately it takes a long time to turn itself off once boiling and I was EXTREMELY disappointed to see that it was manufactured in China l would not have bought it had I realised”
