“I was looking for a black gloss kettle to go in my new kitchen and the Funky Kettle is just perfect. Looks amazing and is comfortable to use. Good pourer and a flip lid is a must for me. I'm very happy with my purchase.”

“Nice design, pours really well however has a slightly cheap feel to it with the materials used, especially the on/off switch. Worst of all it is ridiculously noisy (hence only 2 stars), so much so that when it first starts to heat the water you have to shout rather than talk to people. We also had an issue with the smell and taste of plastic when we first tried using it, this after following the cleaning process as given in the booklet. We overcame this by using bicarbonate of soda which we dissolved in a full kettle of water before boiling it and leaving overnight, followed by a reboiling of the mixture the following morning.”

“Have been waiting for the release of the black Funky Kettle and I’m not disappointed. The kettle boils quickly and is very quiet. Design is modern and matches well to my other black appliances. Ordering was quick and easy and delivery was quick.”
