“Sorry for this negative review Joe and Sadie as I really wanted to like this iron and support your Seedrs initiative. Communications and delivery were excellent and there was a 'feel good' factor when unboxing the iron. It looked fantastic but unfortunately it was heavy, lacked a continuous steam action and the blunt end meant it was very difficult to get into tricky corners. My main area of concern was the lack of a continuous steam facility as it meant that, for example, ironing creased cotton duvet covers became a tiresome chore that resulted in me reverting back to my old iron to complete the job. I wish you luck in your endeavour and hope these comments will be useful to develop Funky Iron 2.”

“I won my iron in their competition! I never win anything so was really pleased. The iron is a gorgeous teal/turquoise colour, I like the alright of the iron and it has a good steam action. I normally go for irons with a stainless soleplate, so wasn't sure about this one but it's great! I didn't stick anything to it. Overall a lovely iron with a yesteryear feel. Thank you very much.”

“This iron not only looks good, but it really makes ironing easy! I found the weight and size perfect, especially good for ironing shirts and delicate fabrics. We need a Funky ironing board cover to go with this iron please - I am not fully funky without it!!”
