“The iron is beautiful, less pinky looking then expected and I like that it's not a very bright colour. Seems relatively heavy (especially with iron shoe on) and that's what I wanted. It took some getting used to it, mainly as my previous one was very old and a different brand. After spending the afternoon ironing, I fell in love with it and am looking forward to using it again. The water reservoir is a good size, the cable is long enough to enable me to use the iron wherever I choose. The steam took a bit to come out, I take it it's due to it being a new product. All working as expected now. Customer service deserves 5* as they helped me out immediately when I emailed them saying my package is late, sent another one the same day, with no quibble and ensured I am happy with their service and the product as well. I kind of wish I had a reason to change my kettle and toaster now!”
